Wild Common Agave Spirits with Drew Garrison

In villages all over México, there are areas called Areas Comúnal – a loose translation of a ‘Common’, a piece of land that belongs equally to a community to be shared and enjoyed for the greater good.

Wild Common is a selection of spirits made to bring people together – in a commonplace, connection and community.  Spirits to enjoy with family and friends, with joy and laughter. A purpose beyond the making of Tequila and Mezcal; to honor tradition, shared history, and the land.

A specially curated collection of small-batch, artisanal spirits from various rural communities in Mexico. Each unique expression is lovingly guided by the Master Mezcaleros, for whom these creations are an art passed down through generations.

National Geographic photographer and former Exum Mountain Guide Andy Bardon wanted to create a brand that was sustainable, transparent, and responsible at all levels of production using Agaves grown by families that hold honor for traditional pure methods.

The result is nothing short of magic.

Join Drew Garrison, one of our favorite Agave spirits experts as he tells the amazing story of Wild Common. If you’ve never met Drew, you will love his ability to weave history, humor, stories and facts into a delightful, heartfelt and educational evening.

We’ll begin with a cocktail made just for this event with Wild Common Tequila Blanco

Then enjoy small plates created by Chef Eduardo for each expression.
