“Mayahuel…..where beauty, passion and art conspire with food and drink to cast a spell” ~ Señor Ernesto Delgado

The power of the Maguey plant (Agave) was recognized for both its delicious elixir and medicinal properties. Drinks were also made with cacao, fruit and maize, sweetened with piloncillo and flavored with the leaves of guava, lime juice and vanilla- which was harvested from the pod of an orchid.

At Mayahuel, Señor Ernesto Delgado oversees a unique and truly Mexican culinary experience. Combining fresh, local ingredients in the ‘farm to fork’ tradition, we bring the perfect blend of inspiration and authenticity – true to a culture which has always revered the bounty offered by our Earth.

Our cocktails showcase the creativity, mystery and magic of Mexico – a culture immersed in a tradition of creating beautiful and delicious food and drink, elevating it to an art.
